Well I think I'll start eating a lot of soy products to substitute meat.
I think the clear winner is soy, and the soy meat that I'm eating contains minimum 50g of protein in a 100g bag! Meat contains no carbohydrates and I think that is a problem! Animal products (except honey, maybe) contain very little carbohydrates and I think that's why meat makes Alez fat. Too much fat and protein and almost no carbohydrates.
BTW, there's a conspiracy out there that soy products are actually a waste product or something, that they are very unhealthy because they contain bla,bla,bla... I noticed that everything which is popular is bound to produce conspiracies around it. Soy makes me feel full, and I'm satisfied with it...
