i disagree, for example on international flights you are banned from taking sharp objects like knifes/scissors/metal/pressured objects as cabin baggage because they are a security hazard. now each and every person who carries those items may or may nor have the motive for exploitation. But in the eyes of the security officer they are all threats. likewise it is the same way for burkas and my 10s multiples example is also perfect if you wherent so anally retentive getting lost in the details each time.
