Why do you mention US federal law in particular? Is this somehow more important to you than Romenian law?
I am surprised to see that the captn has already agreed to the terms, he probably didn't read them. I am glad to see there is a "delete account" option, so such errors are easily rectified.
BTW the email address did not seem to do anything at registration.

I just deleted my account there, so this option actually seems to work.
So I reregistered with the same name and this worked too, so you can reclaim deleted account names.
Then I made a post in the forum and deleted my account again; this did not delete the post in the forum.
If I then want to reregister again to see if I can edit the post I made in my second registration period, I get the error message: "Sorry, but you're not allowed to register multiple accounts at the same time from the same computer." Closing and restarting the browser fixed this: after that I could reregister, but not edit or delete my post (as could be expected).
I trust this information will benefit humanity somehow.
