The captain's antics are cyclical like the economy (before it spiraled into a recession). He trolls more and more until M0nkey bans his ass, then there is a hiatus where he is too ashamed to show his face here again, and then the process repeats.

while i certainly cant speak for the captn, i can assure you that is it not shame that prevented him from visting the forum unlike in your case where you got booted out from gamespot. i did some investigation and it seems the captn knew very well what was going to happen and very bravely in solid digital concrete laid the final words to rest before vanishing off. so if that monkey or donkey character is expecting him to ask for forgivness i really laugh at that. because with my understanding, ppl like the captn, it will neva happen till the end of time. and probably monkey should go and apologize to captn if he has a conscience. well thats just my 2 cent on the subject folks
