Any of you guys playing this? I rented it on PS3 and I have to say I'm surprised. I'm actually really enjoying it so far. The naval combat is awesome, and there's no boring drama like in ACIII. The graphics are really nice as well, how did Ubisoft do on PC? Is it another shitty port? The only negative I've found so far is that Ubisoft still decided to implement those shityy eavesdropping and chasing missions everyone hates. Seriously, those belong in the garbage. But you can have a ton of fun without even playing the story (naval bases, ship battles, boarding ships, collectibles, hunting, etc). Right now this game is an 8.5/10 for me.

Ok so I've been playing since 7 in the morning so I think I'm a little addicted I'm going to sleep now. I feel like Sui would shit all over this game but I'm really "hooked" (ba dum tsh) right now. I will "sink" in a few more hours tomorrow (ba da ba dum dum tsh).

Dammit you are difficult to flame. First you need to find an issue to disagree upon, then you can start flaming, so no disagreement = no flaming (unless you count the pointless piggy-style Hamo-rants as flames).
You are supposed to cooperate a bit. Explaining away potential disagreements does not help the flaming forward, you'll never catch up piggy this way.

Am I seriously the only one? I'm having a ton of fun, just raiding ships and taking over the Caribbean. The story missions are mostly good but the freedom is where the fun is at. Have not tried multiplayer yet. I tried to think of another pun, but my mind went blank. I'll have one next time for sure. Anyway, this game is the ship(ba da ba badum dum tsh)

i liked AC3 for hunting in the forests, otherwise it was boring....the best was ACII brotherhood.....not sure how the story continues in ACIV....will wait till its about $20 or so....glad that i got AC3 free with new gfx card

AC4 continues the hunting though heavily simplified. The other parts of the game are far more entertaining than AC3. The ship battles are awesome! And using 4 pistols at once in a badass combo is also awesome.
