It's a subpar PC game with a pretty scenic venue and very little content.
1. It has 1/3rd the enemy content of Morrowind alone, and 1/2 the enemy content of even Oblivion.
2. On top of which, it was made for CONSOLES primarily. Which is why they had to release that fucking texture DLC in the first place. Because the shitty-ass game couldn't handle PC resolutions on a console.
3. On top of which, the 'pretty' of the scenic venue is lousy. There's only so long you can see a buncha trees and mountains before you've seen the same boring, repeated textures for the fifteen-hundredth time
But hey, who am I to challenge the great knowledge of a moron who prioritizes appearance over substance?
Either way, the problem with theism is that God is undefined and subsequently beyond proof, ie, one "knows" God as an act of faith.
Of course, for those who have no experience with God{whatever he/she/it is}, they question the validity of faith as a mode of knowing and also as a roadblock to science/rational thinking.

I don't agree....to me it feels like it's got far more content than shitty Oblivion, but I could only bare to play Oblivion for 3-4 dreary hrs.
I've got 400 hrs on Skyrim and still discover new locations each time I replay it.
Skyrim also has far better use of sound, especially voice acting, but also in the dungeons/caves.
It just sounds to me like you've decided that Bethesda have sold out to console dummies, yet Oblivion was also console, however, Skyrim had a major overhaul in virtually every regard.....trust me, If I found Oblivion engaging, I'd have persevered, but it sux compared to Skyrim.

A necessary concession to cater for the greater visual improvements and superior character models/animations+ you can always mod these games, but you're probably on sad console.
