So far The Witcher 2 is pretty good. I like how the plot splits early on so essentially you have 2 different storylines, but not sure yet how different the outcomes will be.
Still, the plot and its branching based on the choices you make is more detailed than Dragon Age or Mass Effect (the game plays a little like Dragon Age: Origins but with better writing and less tedious combat).
The decisions are actually pretty difficult because there is no obvious "good" choice, you really cannot know or predict what will happen unless you look it up on the internet. That is also a huge departure from this era of really bad videogame writing where you know exactly where the plot is heading.

It was the same with part 1, I think that's what a good RPG should do, not offer simple black & white choices, but real choices that make you weigh the pros and cons without necessarily being able to predict all the consequences. Looking them up on the net defeats the purpose of playing a role IMHO.

I just finished the game it was quite good. There is no way I could have predicted EVERYTHING that occurs in that game, unlike a game like Bioshock Infinite where I pretty much figured everything out in the first 20 minutes.
Another great thing about The Witcher 2 is that there are 2 significant branching storylines that occur EARLY in the game (Chapter 1). That is rare or even unique among games. I plan on replaying the game doing the second path, possibly after playing Witcher 1.
I will probably play Witcher 1 Enhanced Edition at some point, but it looks REALLY dated and clunky compared to Witcher 2.
Witcher 3 has some very interesting news: The developers are using their own new engine, the game world is going to be open-world and 20% bigger than skyrim, and the engine is dedicated to their style of RPG. They are also claiming 100 hours of game time for the main story alone i believe.

I haven't seem Witcher 2 graphics yet, but what is dated about Witcher 1 graphics? I doubt even Pogma would have a problem with those.

It's not so much the graphics as it is the gameplay related to combat. I'm sure I am going to play it though.
It just looks vastly different from Witcher 2 in a way that is off-putting (Geralt's face looks really weird in Witcher 1 after seeing him in Witcher 2).
I'm quite impressed with the content of this game. I'm 60 hours in and haven't finished both storylines yet, just Roche's path. I'm on Iorveth's path now and it is better than Roche's path for sure.

Just started Stalker, quite a difference from the ultra-lineair CoJ2 I finished before this. So far it seems quite an intimidating game, let's hope I can find the time and patience nesessary to get through the initial phase. This is the type of game that should appeal to me but with my previous tries I never got into is, let's hope it works out this time.

It took me a while to actually get into the game and finish it. I just finished Shadow of Chernobyl and am doing Call of Pripyat now.
I highly recommend playing with the Complete Mod for all Stalker games as they fix all the terrible bugs and make it look nicer.
The engine/game is very weird. The Zone is the definition of "Strange" in the X-files sense and the engine sort of mimics that somehow. It looks really bad in some ways but somehow ends up working. The Stalker series are worth playing.

Will be playing Walking Dead: 400 Days today. They announced the release date like 2 days before it comes out. It comes out first on PSN so I'll be playing it. Still playing Saints Row 3, shitty graphics and AI but fun game overall. Trying to beat The Last of Us on Survivor mode was well, fucking hard. I never did rewrite my review..........

It was just one short episode to bridge season 1 and season 2 together. Pretty short took about 2 1/2 hours to beat it's not a full game it was only $5

Ok, I'm too lazy to write a review so I'll just give a score.
The Last of Us- 9.5/10
The Walking Dead: 400 Days - 8/10

I probably wouldn't torrent it even if i had a current pc. Sold my last PC to help pay for various things. I'm reduced to using a shitstation actually, which has made me quite depressed, actually.
Alright I lied about this and the whole cousin story too. Never actually owned a PC used to play my brothers instead. I don't know why i like making shit up. I was lying about my race too. I'm an Arab-American arab ancestry but was born in the US. I figured since I've been on here so long i should come clean. Hopefully this will encourage pogma to come out about being kwod as well. Bring on the terrorist jokes!

You seemed a somewhat OK bloke at first (maybe you were opposed to pogma9 only), but really all these lies have taken away all your credibility by now, I'm not taking anything you or your clones are saying seriously anymore, if I ever did at all.
