15 new spammers registered yesterday alone, apparently the safeguards that worked (somewhat) in the past don't work any more.
Removing all the junk is only a stopgap measure and may not be sustainable if the volume keeps increasing.

The spam inflow seems to have slowed down, IIRC it topped at 43 new members one day, yesterday there were 'only' 10, which should make in manageable for suislide.
