The numbering seems completely random to me. No 3 has a higher score than No 1, No 7 has a really low score (there are dozens of reviews with higher scores), etc.

I'm the one with the low IQ, remember, but even I find the difference between the number of votes ('voted') and the average voting score ('rated') completely obvious.
E.g. DA2 has had 309 votes (i.e. 309 people voted, meaning they gave it a 1, 2 3, 4 or a 5) with an average score of 4.32 now, and you can rank reviews by either of those numbers.

It's weighted with some stupid system based upon number of votes.
