Everything is streamlined this time around, no longer will you select a armor mode from a selector, they are now streamlined to fit the limited configuration of the controller, for example, in Crysis 1, to jump at a high distance, you had to select strength mode, in Crysis 2, all you need to do is HOLD THE A BUTTON, that's right, just hold the jump button and you will jump high, that is an example of Crysis 2's streamlined gameplay.
because of decisions like this the environments feel super small.

gameplay wise;it is actually very fun and good(i'm 1/4 thru the campaign) though the fighting against humans can get boring.

just finished it and it was well worth the money,despite a few design decisions.I get the feeling that they were heavily influenced by HALF LIFE 2/ep 2.Make no mistake,this is a fucking good game.

No it's not. I would give it a 7/10
The suit is all but pointless now as there is really only TWO real suit modes, the rest are just normal sprinting and jumping.
-Less Weapons Mods
-No More Dual Pistols
-Less Weapons
-Story is absolute fucking crap.
-Has almost zero connection with the first game
-Respawning Enemies
-Consolization in the menu and interface
-AI Blows and is full of bugs
-Cheaters and pirates can play online due to no anti-cheat

-useless nano catalyst upgrades
-Weird cum/glowing around models
-Contextual Button input
-Less physics than the 1st
-Quick time events,circa PS2
-Only 2 characters having decent voice acting,IMO
-Close to zero replayibility
-SHITTY AI and Glitches.

Also,
-No prone.
-No true lean function.
-Unnecessary changes to suit powers.
-Motion blur looks shitty compared to the first game.
-Blatantly obvious console textures all over the place.
-No destructible trees.
-Few destructible objects.
-Less interactivity.
-Animation when you interact with vegetation looks choppy.
-Some poorly done level restrictions/invisible walls.
-Levels not as non-linear as expected.
-No editor.
-Bugs galore.
On the plus side though,
-Water displacement and ripples are much better than the first game.

After around 2 weeks with the game (even though I played it for only 4 days),I have changed my position slightly.This game at best is a 7.5 and on average I rate it 5-6 on a /10 scale.the gfx are ass at times and forgive me but, look really cartoony (In addition to Shitloads of motion blurring). ok to crap dialog and voice acting (Only heargreave and Gould's acting was good IMO) and the new Coal OF Duty direction they have taken has ruined what initially I thought was/would [be] a fun game.I liked the first and hoped this would be a great addition/game in general,but in this current gaming clitmate (circa 2006-2010) I have a higher chance of fucking onthatile's friends.
