Insider trading on the other hand is forbidden in much more civilized countries. But you do not consider it particularly unfair if a CEO, knowing that his company will be filing for bankruptcy tomorrow, today sells his shares anonimously on a stock exchange?

if capitalism is a game, then yes that would be a very good rule, but shouldn't it be left to the consumers to make these decisions? To me it's the same as throwing a used car salesman in jail b/c he knew he was selling you a lemmon
