there are only 2 reliable ones
1. kaspersky - its the real deal, but expensive and a bit cpu intensive on older pcs
2. vipre premium - fully rewitten code unlike other stuff using the same stuff since 1990s, so its lighweight, robust and detects unknowns too reliably.
