Pogma,you do know that vgs are still in the direct x 9c generation right? I just played killzone 2 and oddly I find it more fun when in 576p mode than in 1080p mode.

When I first bought my 26in LCD, I only had a 2005 X800GT video card, so fired up Red Mercury 2004[Atari FPS}, and it only had a max res of 12x10, yet it looked fucking next gen on my LCD......but one of the best looking games maxed out at 1080p was FEAR 2005, that is one gorgeous mofo at times and has some of the best imagery in gaming to date.
Okay, so don't BS me about fucken 576p.....get to work and buy yourself a proper fucken LCD......that said, I'm of the view that if you have a viewing distance of 1000-1200mm, then a 1080p 32in HDTV will kick the shit out of these el cheapo TN panels.
FYI, I have a 37in 1080p sitting next to my 26in LCD, but I only use it for video, however, should my 26in shat itself, I'd probably get a 32in 1080p.
We're in the HD era, and cunts fucking around with SD stuff need to be snuffed.

noone gives a shit about your consumer devices. any1 can goto an electronic store like best buy/circuit city or order it online. it doesn't make you special person, esp given the fact that you have been livin under the comfortable shadow of your mamma's titties.

I'm just pointing out how important the LCD is to image quality, for example, some people will use a 22in LCD and spend up big on GPU/CPU, but that's the worst way to go about it.
