I remember they fired a reviewer who gave a 6.0 to Kane & Lynch (can't blame him). Guess their advertisers were not pleased.

Ya his name is Jegg Gerstmann. After they fired him Gamespot started giving every game at least a 9.0 rating. For fucks sake GTAIV and MGSIV got 10.0!!!!

I was talking about Gamespot in general. Prior to GTA4/MGS4 only one game had a perfect score and that wasTony Hawk's Pro Skater3. That was PS2. Before that, there was only one, and that was soul calibur, zelda and chrono cross, each on different platforms. That's four perfects in six years. Now GTA4,MGS4 and Mario Galaxy 2 all get perfect in under 2 years.
YOUGAMERS/FUTUREMARK & FIRINGSQUAD are the most decent,but I shit you not,i cant bring myself to read a single review/preview there.
