The captn tactic was first brought to my attention by Berzerker. In true Berzerker fashion, he provided a link to when they first called the captn out on this. Naturally, the captn fired back at Berzerker by "calling him out" on it in knee jerk reaction.
Since then, either I have paid more attention to this tactic, or the captn has really let his inhibitions go and started using this tactic under the impression of total impunity.
