Something your trying to submit is triggering the servers security. The site was attacked once so the rules are pretty strict. I don't know of any plain words that would trigger it. If you want paste the article to pastebin.com then use the feedback form to submit the pastebin URL. So I can figure out what mod_security is upset about.
