Every major game developer, software and hardware company were there and displayed new and upcoming products, as well as the world finals for all major games.
Live video stream covering the event from all kind of european and asian media.
Still no word about it in the US game sites at all.
I find it kinda strange.
Especially since it can't be a surprise for you. Dreamhack has been the world's largest for ten years straight now, and still not a single article about it on neither IGN nor Gamespot.
