Risen (i.e. the spiritual successor of Gothic 3) has been released on the PC and also on the xbox360. I ran into this comparison of the graphics, which speaks for itself. A few more comparisons here.
The game got slammed by Eurogamer after which the reviewer got slammed in the comments (always fun to read). The other reviews on gamerankings are all xbox-only too, maybe the publisher sent out only xbox-versions for review? If so that seems to be a major mistake.
I haven't played the game yet but the user reviews I read so far on usenet say it's much like Gothic 2 so I have high expectations of this one.
BTW no reports of a bug fest this time unlike Piranha Bytes' previous releases (i.e. Gothic 1 - 3). Apparently this time they focussed on higher quality game (i.e. less bugs) rather than higher quality graphics: seems like a fair choice to me. But would they have realised that this will cause Suislide to whine that the graphic looks like putting glasses on and then putting your head in a bucket full of diarrhea before playing this game? I guess they didn't.

Is this Arcania? They changed the name or something?

No. Arcania is not developed by Gothic 1-3 developer Piranha Bytes but by Spellbound. Arcania is the official sequel to Gothic 3. So Arcania = Gothic 4. Piranha Bytes does not develop this because of disagreements with the publisher (the renowned Jowood) who apparantly owns the right to the "Gothic" title.
Risen is a new game by Piranha Bytes and is therefore probably more like Gothic than Gothic 4 will be. Reviews on Metacritics are pretty good (currently 79, held down by some ignorant review scores). User score is much higher though, as always with Gothic games (currently 89). The xbox360 version does a lot worse: that is a port (ported by a different company than Piranha Bytes BTW) and apparently not a very good one.

Played it for an hour... pretty good game but it has a graphics bug with Geforce 6 & 7... works even smoother though than Gothic II.
Will I leave you the pleasure of writing the review or shall I do it? If you do, you know where to also submit it.

I won't have the opportunity to buy the game in the next few weeks, so I won't do a review (and if I did I would submit it here).
Maybe some time in the future when your site is more than a bad copy of this one (even the name suggests it is a bad copy) and when you have quit spamming for your site here. And once you have become intelligent and mature like Suislide of course.

A graphical comparison between Risen and Gothic 3 here (with commentary in German, but I guess it all speaks for itself anyway). Water and foliage clearly look much better in Risen, the rest seems much less improved (if at all).

Surprisingly they listened to these comments and reviewed the PC version separately. But this is not entirely fair because now they have had the chance to read Suislide's review so they now knew what to write.

RPGWatch picked up Suislide's review. They call it "NSFW", LOL.
BTW RPGWatch is a pretty good site to find reviews: they cover more reviews than Gamerankings or Metacritics.
