The cracked version isn't much better. You still need rockstar social club, windows live and shit like that. I dunno about the latest versions and how they are cracked but when i played, there was no advantage.
And it's a good game, it's gta so fuck yeah it's good. But i think it's the worst of the series. I started playing since gta 2 and this is the only one i haven't completed the main missions for. Or haven't played like a lunatic months after the main mission was over.
The ONLY better thing this has over the previous games is the engine. Not just graphics, i mean how you interact with the environment and shit.

The game would work alot better with other games if Rockstar didnt decide to force Games For Windows on us. Because of that if GFS has a problem then the game will not work, also Rockstar have to submit patches to Microsoft before they are released.

i purchased the game not knowing about this games for windows shit. i thought yeah of course its a game for windows, so wtf? anyways i try to save the same and BAM! thats when it hit me, you cant save like the way it has been done in the history of computer games, because you need to have an online account to do that. i think you can create an offline account and save. The pirated version lets you do that, dunno about the original.

Your best off not connecting to Windows Live, better off staying offline then your games with be saved on your computer. All Games For Windows is just something for shitty achievements. I lost my saves for Fallout 3 fuck GFW!
